On 9 September, we commemorate the Memorial Day of the Victims of the Holocaust and Racial Violence. On 9 September 1941, the Government of the Slovak Republic adopted a decree on the legal status of Jews, known as the Jewish Code. We do not want this sad part of our history to be repeated. The great history is also manifested at a local level, so to speak, on the streets of towns and villages. The fate of the Jewish population in Ladce during the Second World War can be recalled in our presentation, which we prepared and presented in the cultural centre and school a year ago in connection with this sad anniversary, by clicking on this link.
